Left a message for a return message on availability and 4 days later was sent a note that the car just sold today without ever making contact with me after 2 inquiries .Extremely poor internet customer service ...0 stars

The dealer never contacted me after repeated attempts

I was in pursuit of a very popular vehicle and had exhausted all local channels to get the vehicle. I found Dutch Miller on an internet search and contacted them about the exact vehicle I wanted being in inventory. 1 - they had the vehicle in stock. It hadn't just been sold; 2 - they had it listed at a fair price; 3 - they made the out of state purchase easy to do. 4 - the vehicle was ready when I arrived. 5 - everyone on their staff did everything they could to get me orientated with the vehicle and start my 400+ mile journey home. I don't know if I'll ever need to visit the dealership again. Despite that, the Dutch Miller staff treated me like I was a repeat customer. Excellent sales transaction and vehicle prep.
