Rossi did everything right but I end up seeing a similar type of Fiat 500 at a closer dealership. Over 1 hour away to purchase at Rossis verses a 25 minute drive . Rossi was very responsive and helpful.

There was some minor wear on the vehicle but it was a used vehicle with 120k miles on it. On-site experience. Was the car clean and ready for your test-drive? The vehicle was definitely ready for a test drive. Customer service. Was the dealership staff friendly and accommodating? I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. Everyone that I met there was friendly, professional, and informative about any answers to any questions that I had. Overall impression. Would you recommend the dealer to your friends? Looking back, I am slightly biased as I did purchase the vehicle. The entire process was relatively painless compared to other places that I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.

Everyone there was very disrespectful and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I was willing to come in and get that car that day and he just shut me down and I even told him I want a credit application a ppi and I would $10,000 down.

I had an appointment and when I got there, they let other people who walked in off the street drive the car before me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Appointments should come first. Poor costumer service.
