The folks at Purcell, particularly David with whom I mostly dealt, were great. Straightforward ... identified a car that is I believe perfect for what I had been seeking: 1-owner, no wrecks, rust free, low miles Gen 2 Prius ... WITH a new hybrid battery pack. I paid an independent shop to evaluate the car via a pre-purchase inspection, and the car was exactly as stated.
