Dong Inc was a good dealer to work with. I had the pleasure of being contacted by Max Liu. He was easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions I had regarding the vehicle. He was available at all times and would reply quickly via email. We met three times in person and he was very transparent with everything. His hospitality was part of the reason I ultimately purchased the vehicle. If I need another vehicle in the future I will contact Dong Inc again.

I had a very poor experience with the sales management team. They would not hold vehicle with a non-refundable deposit, would not allow full pre-payment without being in person. I'm 700 miles away, this was Christmas time, the weather was bad, and was unable to buy in person. Very poor customer service. Salesman Fernando was helpful over the phone.

I never heard anything back after trying to finance the car. First report was helpful . I wanted to see 2 cars and scheduled time to go back and only 1 car was available and the second rep didnt know anything about the second car I asked to see. So I went elsewhere to see a similar car

The car was still available when I arrived. Car gurus reduced the price the same day I was there, small negotiation on price as they stated their personal website listed a higher price. They reluctantly agreed to the car guru price. Car was bought. I signed up with LoJack through the dealership. The car’s battery was extremely low as they had to jump start the vehicle before a test drive. I asked about a replacement battery and was told yes once the battery goes out. The next day, the battery went out at work. AAA assisted me and I received a new battery. Contacted dealership for reimbursement as they stated they would replace it. No, they said they could only offer $100 towards new battery because I didn’t tow my car back to the dealership for the replacement. Make sure when buying from here, the cars battery is healthy and view Carfax report. I hope this is an isolated incident.
