horrible. at first the sls man put in $1000 as income. maybe for 1 week.. then the financer was rude & did not care if i bought or not !!!!! he also would not tell me why my loan was refused my loan.. it was because i was upside in my trade. his offer was pennies on the dollar. i have plans on going to mtn home to where my sister buys her auto. i guarentee i will be pleased with my new purchase.. seriously get a life. terrible customer relations... nvr again & all the residents of pioneer village ,horseshoe bend will no longer buy from you. p.s. i am 70 not stupid !!

Very easy and got the car to me for a small delivery fee. They were very forward about everything and no inconsistency. They did everything to make the purchase smooth. I bought the car sight unseen and was nervous. The car was in amazing condition and runs better than expected. A++
