To start off, they priced a 2018 Cadillac Escalade incorrectly. It was underpriced big time, so I completed a finance application on it, I was approved with numbers interested rates etc. I called the following day bc the truck was removed from the internet. Which ever sales person I spoke with was so rude. He told me I wasn’t approved blah blah blah. 3 days later said truck appeared back on website with price that it should have been or per KBB. So I was “not approved” because they didn’t want to sell it to me at the price it was listed at originally. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Even if you’re just car shopping stop at this place. They’re absolutely amazing. They’ve been in business 25+ years. We’re waiting to see if financing is going through
