Dealerships near me (Alice, TX)

Told them we were interested in a vehicle after we viewed it but couldn't come back tell wensday they raised the priced that within 20 mins of us telling them that. Went back wensday told them to give us the best offer after waiting 30 mins for a carfax, they wouldn't come down on the price at all so we left got a message 20 mins later for 800 dollars less. Whole process I felt very disrespected of my time by the sales manager. The guy helping us was nice but not sure if he was telling the sales manager anything or not.

A/C wasn’t working, they tried to show me another vehicle out of my price range.

I was interested in the vehicle (2018 Buick Regal Sportback Essence FWD) and was willing to drive from my home in San Antonio TX to the dealership in Kingsville Tx. (169 miles) if they would provide me with best their "OUT THE DOOR " price. All business had been conducted over the phone. I received no return phone calls. I initiated all communications. Then after a period of silence, I received an email telling me they had sold the vehicle. I'm betting their vehicle is not the only Buick Regal out there.

Just like any other dealerships. They send several emails daily and when you finally respond and give all the info, if your not approved you never hear back from them. It is what it is, I'm glad I chose more than one dealership because I was denied at Access, but approved at another dealership with a $2k down payment.
