As an out of state buyer I made a lot of call to a lot of dealerships. Most of them were rude and ignored my request. Very different at United Auto Group, Mr Bustamante answered my call. And let me tell you we went beyond any other dealership did, all being through the phone and text. Amazing service and communication. I even had a trade. Unfortunately I couldn’t buy the car due to my own issues with distance at the time. But when I’m in the market again in am definitely looking at this dealership first!

I reached out to them 3 times and they never responded to my inquiries. It's a business of selling cars and I guess they didn't want to at that time and felt they had other things going on instead of such.

I had a very nice experience buying this vehicle. Did not have to waste valuable time. Very professional experience.

Awesome staff very helpful ended up with 2013 wrx premium what a vehicle mcall is a great salesman no pressure Mario Awesome paperwork finance man . Had me in and out in no time and Awesome test drive . Love the car great experience definitely go back again . Guys treat you like family .

After a week of no reply to my inquiry I reached out to them a few times. The phone just rang and went to voicemail. I never made an attempt to actually leave a voicemail because I figured if they could not get back to me about the online inquiries or answer their phone then I was almost 100% sure I was not going to get a call back if I left my number. But my coworker convinced me to call from work which I usually never make personal call on our business phone but I did anyway and I was able to get through. I was extremely surprised. I spoke with a man who advised me his coworker would be in touch later that afternoon. The man took my name and number. Here we are 3 weeks later nothing. No calls no emails....nothing. either way I see it as they did me a favor not responding. I dont want to do business with people like that.
