I usually try to be positive and find the best in people, but this was the worst business experience I have ever experienced. The staff lied several times throughout the process and then sold the car out from under us while we were setting up a time to come to buy it. Then, they pressed us to buy a more expensive car. The worst part was how the manager spoke to my wife, very rude, dismissive, and condescending. We will never have dealings with this dealership again. Ever.

went to get a f250 but it was at a "sister lot". Sold me jeep without wipers that worked and didnt tell me until we were already done with deal so i would have to wait a unknown amount of time for the motors to get replaced, so i just ended up getting it anyways cause i signed all the paperwork already, otherwise everything else was great, amazing staff, very friendly, let me test drive and checkout the car however i needed. Werent pushy at all.

I had a great experience. The staff was great Devon did and amazing job communicating with me. He got me approved within 30 min. Over all the car I got was what I wanted my only issue was it was not cleaned on the inside at all. It was really nasty I had to clean it myself. I know it was bought as is I expected the inside to be clean though.

Honest, reasonable, and really great dealers! Beecher and Nick were both wonderful to buy from and were very accommodating when we had questions and wanted to test drive the car. The Toyota Prius was very clean and well cared for. I had a smooth quite ride back home to Virginia. Highly recommend and will definitely consider purchasing from them again!
