Dealerships near me (Adel, GA)

Poor customer service. Called dealer and was told a sales rep would return call. After 3 days I called again. Still no reply.

Contacted dealer through email, text and phone call. Set up appointment to see the vehicle as I had trouble getting a ride to their town due to recent car wreck (my car was totaled). Finally got to dealership to see the car which smelled and had not been washed or cleaned. Then, was insulted with another 5,000 added to the price of the car?!?!?! After walking out as this was an obvious waste of time, they called and texted the next few days wanting to bring the car to my job washed and cleaned to make a deal. Sorry day late and a dollar short!! You knew I was coming and didn't clean the car, why the added cost, first impressions sticks!!! They clearly don't need my business!!!

I would like praise this Dealership! We drove 2.5 hours to look at an SUV and ended up leaving without the vehicle but I don’t regret the trip at all. We just determined that particular vehicle wasn’t for us. I have been in communication with Thomas Hines for several days and his communication has been truly top notch! The professionalism is unmatched. A true pleasure to work with. I would also like to add that the dealership and management staff including Mike and Jeff have been a breath of fresh air. This dealership is willing to negotiate fairly and they don’t have all the hidden dealer fees that many of the other dealerships are implementing. Even though we didn’t come to terms on this particular vehicle, Thomas is going to help us find the perfect car. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Thank you guys for being the best.
