I had sent a text asking about the availability of a car. I received 2 texts back, from 2 different people regarding the car. Only waited until the next day for a response, so that's not bad. I asked 3 questions, initially, about the car, but got no response for my questions, only a salesperson's name and asking when we could talk about the car. Overall, fair.

I was VERY interested in purchasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey. I live in FL so I needed help with video showing me the vehicle the sales person Bryan sent me a video that felt like a category 4 hurricane. After I wasted one week with emails I was told only after I inquired if the vehicle was finished with the repairs that was promised I was told it was sold they didn't have the decency to call or email me only after I emailed Bryan I wanted this car for my son that just got home from the military..
