This was my first time buying a car since 2013, and I was honestly nervous because I had heard that some salespeople can be very pushy or even rude. My experience was the complete opposite. Michael took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. He respected the price that was agreed upon before I arrived, and there were no surprises. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Great place, great people, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with Michael if you're looking for a vehicle!

They sold the Highlander that I was going to look at 45 minutes before my appointment but they called to let me know but I was already on the way and didn’t know until I arrived at the dealership.
