Exceptional customer service

The console was not in English and was very hard to figure out. Not worth the trouble. Also, the back seat was difficult to remove/adjust to lower back seats for more cargo room. The glovebox, when opened fell out.

When I asked about the car, they were very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately it's a bit of a drive, so I haven't been able to visit the dealership yet.

This is the midpoint between buying directly from an individual owner and a dealer (you bring in your own financing, but they have a dealer-like knowledge and can help you get the information you need). Very low pressure, puts the starting price at a reasonable level and I was really happy about the experience.
