Ruben was easy to work with. He allowed me to have the car inspected by my mechanic, he honored his price he originally stated, and fixed the things he said he would fix. The car isn't perfect (what 26 year old car is) but it's mechanically sound and a blast to drive. Don't let the location set you back. Ruben is a stand up guy and he came through on his word.
