Great experience so far. I’m in the process of buying this vehicle. Dealer has been extremely helpful and patient with some of my challenges. Any questions answered quickly and directly. When the sale is completed I will update this review but very happy so far.

Cristian was top notch, he did his best to work with my budget and answered ALL questions. He was very gracious throughout the process. He deserves a STAR and a vacation because he helped me from opening all the way pass clossing time (I think passed closing time).

Big Valley Ford has always been a solid dealership. They are now under new ownership but the same team is in place. We had a terrific experience since the moment I inquired about the car.
