Fast response, but car was advertised as "no accidents". Carfax provided indicated two accidents with both minor and moderate damage to three of the car's sides. No further interest in dealing with people who are either untruthful of clueless.

The car looked nice and clean in the photos, but it looked noticeably different in person. There was a crack in the windshield, multiple scratches and dings, and the interior smelled bad and had noticeable stains. On top of that, the front right suspension was worn out. Considering the car had already been sitting on the lot for over 90 days, it felt overpriced for the condition it was in. We visited on a Saturday, and Sam told us they would detail the car and fix everything on Monday. That came across as lazy business practices. If a dealership expects someone to buy a car, it should already be cleaned, inspected, and ready the same day instead of promising to handle basic issues later. Update: I understand it was a consignment vehicle, but from a customer’s perspective that doesn’t change the expectation that a vehicle being advertised and shown on the lot should already be in reasonably clean and sale ready condition, especially after sitting on the lot for that long

Was told the vehicle was ready to test drive and sell (Jessica) but it was not even on the site yet. Wasted an entire day driving out there and back. GM (Moe) reached out via text afterwards to request feedback and thank me for visiting then ignored my response when I informed him what happened. No way I’m doing business with them after that terrible experience!
