Not Happy with the process and the van had a lot of hidden issues , engine light came on later I had to fix, dealer told me that they will fix power windows I had to order the part , brakes were really bad I fixed the doors were not closing properly , after 2 months never got my plates or temp registration , I also financed with United Auto and set up auto pay they made a Mistake and after 40 days that I purchased they repo my van because “Apparently ‘auto pay was not set up , the tow driver came to my house and was nice to let me get my stuff out, he had the dealer on the phone and Moe told me they were towing the van to his dealer and for me to come out tomorrow and we can talk with United Auto and resolved the issue, not to mention when I found out that I was late and auto pay was working I made the payment and they still repo my van , so I lost my van 3500 down and 887 for the 2 months I had it, Beware when you buy a car here .

Excellent service and knowledge about what they were selling. Pleasant conversation with my sales representative, Sam. I needed a ride back to the dealership to complete the transaction and they accommodated. I would buy from Pomona Valley Auto Sales again.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!
