It’s a small dealership but because of that they provide the best customer service experience. They made the whole process smooth and even after we paid them they maintained excellent communication with us to make sure that we received the registration and pink slip. We highly recommend this place!

I sent two different online request for information about a certain vehicle, never heard from a sales rep. I finally called a couple days later and the person on the phone said they don’t give quotes and/or fees over the phone. I do not waste my time with dealers like this. Yes, I did end up purchasing from a different dealer, made the deal before arriving.

Omar helped me out and he went above and beyond. I was there a bit long and he didn't leave until we completed the sale. I am very happy with the car ☺️

Avoid this place if you value communication. I reached out multiple times about a Murano and even emailed the General Sales Manager, Donovan Ricks, directly with my information and a serious offer. He didn't even blink or respond. Meanwhile, Wilfredo insisted they couldn't budge on price, yet they’ve since dropped the price to nearly what I offered. I took my business to a different dealership that actually answers their emails. Knight Claremont Dodge would rather let a car sit on the lot than show basic professional courtesy to a buyer.

Very attentive and friendly

I called about a vehicle they had in stock, but they told me the price they listed it at was not the price it will be sold for. When I asked for numbers on another car they had, they refused to give the OTD price over the phone, stating I needed to come by in order to get that. That is an inconvenience as I live far away, and I also read other reviews about how they add thousands to the listed price for “mandatory” add ons.
