I asked for more pictures ising the chat/contact fewrure on the website. “Hope” was great and replied quickly which is why i gave 2 stars on some things, however nobody reached out with any additional information regarding the rivian. If they called nobody left a voice mail. I wanted extra pictures because the vehicle wasnt a standard color as it was/is wrapped a custom color. The pictures posted didnt show the color well. I am a preapproved buyer, willing to drive 7 hrs to purchase and i got nothing. This vehicle looks to have been in their inventory for a few months, maybe its because they dont communicate well? Ridiculous.

These guys are cool. I'd recommend them. They have some nice looking cars. Salesmen are fine and personable. No complaints from me. Much better than private sales, haha.
