Very easy to deal with, found a car they had and agreed to price with them shipping to a different state.

I asked two simple questions about the car. After 2 weeks they still remain unanswered. Must not be that interested in selling

The 2018 Ford explorer sport is a nice vehicle however it was $4,000 over price with 80,000 miles and they wanted $5,400 down they said based off my credit! However I got approved for the same vehicle through Capital One at another dealership and paid $1,900 down and the vehicle had 61,000 miles.

went by the dealership twice to try and look and test drive mustang gt, was not on lot wasted trip to chandler from mesa, filled out credit app, got a call 5 days later, basically message said to give them a call back, no hint yea or nay, was sent a text about coming in to test drive, messaged 2 times no response from text, you would think being a small dealership they would want business and good reviews. very disappointed, don't waste time

Medical at Interstate Sales was amazing. He got back to me about the car in very short time, set up a time that worked for both of us for me to come see and test drive the car and it was in great condition and a fair price. He runs his business with honesty and I terrify, qualities not always found in used car dealers. Highly recommend his business

Had 4 different people trying to communicate with me. Took days to get a reply. Each person giving a different answer. After a week I went somewhere else.

Salesman (Brandon) said he'd keep me updated on the status of a vehicle I inquired about, but just ended up ghosting me even after I reached out multiple times. Another saleswomen there was cold and rude taking the keys to test drive the vehicle we were applying for in the middle of our application. Won't ever be returning to this dealership!
