Dealerships near me (Colorado Springs, CO)

I ended up buying this car. They made a mistake and made good on their promise. Elliot was great to work with. I truly hate going to dealers as it takes forever, but the process to get the vehicle was pretty seamless and they are really nice. I appreciated their help. If they have what you're looking for then I'd recommend doing business with them, but do not expect to haggle down a price. I get it though. Small lot. Thanks for everything.

Cheap skates!!!! Lots of things not revealed about the vehicle. The whole vehicle has to be repainted...electrical system must be totally reworked...vehicle turns off and on by itself when you driving! Vehicle smells bad after deodorizer wears off. The guy that does the paperwork doesn't explain anything, accent so thick he was hard to understand. Would not go back or recommend!!

I didn't buy a car here but I did have a very pleasant email exchange with them. They were very courteous and responsive to my questions.

Even though I did not buy the car from them, the car salesperson was really nice, helpful and did not mind me asking a lot of questions about the car. When I asked for the Carfax, she quickly got it and sent it to me, really good service.

Dealership did not have the vehicle charged for pur scheduled test drive. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was told that the vehicle required a special adapter to be charged. After waitibg a little linger after that, it couldn't be charged because it was still under the previous owner's account. This experience was so embarrassing, that I felt it myself. Luckily another 2 dealerships had model x's for me to test drive and I will likely be making a purchase of one of those. Good luck.

Rating three stars because of lack of follow through. I communicated the vehicle was a bucket list buy, price point works, ready to see it. But vehicle was in transit. Dealership said it will arrive in a few days. As soon as it’s in we will message you videos and photos of the vehicle condition. Never received it. Got phone calls and voicemails asking about my interest but no follow up on the one thing I’d asked for. I’m sure it’s a great dealership but lack of follow through on simple request when purchasing a +$40k vehicle doesn’t work for me unfortunately.
