I enquired about a car and was told over the phone the car was in the shop with a recall and won't be ready for 2 weeks so I drove 2 1/2 hours the next day not only see the car was there but that they were selling it to someone else..was going to look at their inventory but they lost my business..so I drove to another dealer and bought a Mercedes

Salesman Edgar Fernandez flat lied !! Said the only problem the vehicle had was a wore out driver door latch !! The back seat locked and won’t open !!! No door lock keys !! Gave (4) keys (2) were NOT for this vehicle !! Drove 110 miles & the transmission went to pieces & had to be tow’d home 780 miles !! Lie with a straight face !!!!!
