A/C wasn’t working, they tried to show me another vehicle out of my price range.

I was interested in the vehicle (2018 Buick Regal Sportback Essence FWD) and was willing to drive from my home in San Antonio TX to the dealership in Kingsville Tx. (169 miles) if they would provide me with best their "OUT THE DOOR " price. All business had been conducted over the phone. I received no return phone calls. I initiated all communications. Then after a period of silence, I received an email telling me they had sold the vehicle. I'm betting their vehicle is not the only Buick Regal out there.

After letting the person I was texting with know I was not interested in that car anymore she/he left me a text asking if I had time to help organize their book shelf. Really unprofessional to send something like that to a potential buyer. Not buying from you.

Emily was great. I believe she was the best part of the experience. However, I didn’t realize the car was $6k more than advertised on car gurus. The dealership had a “fine print” on their website that stated they were passing off the repairs after the trade in to the buyer, and with a mandatory tire package and ceramic coating and tint .
