I bought a 2020 GMC Elevation 4WD truck from Certified and it was the easiest most stress free experience buying a vehicle. Yeti and Sean were very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get things where I needed them to be. Awesome group of people and I'm very happy with my truck!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle no matter if your credit is not great or you don't have a lot of money they work with you to see it thru!

The employee Robert was cool, and even tho busy,he made sure he hit back to us.. The advertisement price was wayyy different than what the dealer said,and my trade in value she said, changed all off a sudden...and instead of a 10000 car it's more like a 15 to 20000 ride now..and hung up on me while trying to figure out what's up with car.broke down 50 miles away,and been in the shop a week..i got it February 20th..even with 12 month warranty,I paid towing an parts...

This was the worse dealership in the DFW area. My salesperson was not very knowledgeable and vehicle was not in the condition that was discussed prior to me arriving at the dealership. I purchased and ended up returning the vehicle the next day due to the salesperson lying about things being fixed on the vehicle prior to purchase (tire and recalls). I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here ever. No wonder their lot is full of vehicle.

Working with Gavyn was simple and easy. The deal was made by phone and they arranged delivery of the car. Mars was very good to work with and have no complaints.
