Took care of me through the trade in to the financing.

This dealership was very fast to respond to my inquiry and stayed right with me I just feel like just about every car dealer will go solely by the book when looking at used as even with the pictures they called out needing brakes and tires and I just had this uniy less than a month ago in and less than 500 miles ago and it didn't need tires or brakes and brakes had been replaced less than 20,000 miles ago no one even asked me what had been done to our trade in so that I feel is the weak part of most dealerships instead of valuing a trade by looks it's by books.

The process took longer than expected, even though I had completed my paperwork and was pre-approved ahead of time. This was my first experience where the salesperson and financing were handled separately, which resulted in a fair amount of waiting and less interaction than I’m used to. That said, both the salesperson and the finance representative were excellent—professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. It was a significant time commitment overall, with a three-hour drive there, about four hours at the dealership, and another three-hour drive back. In my past experiences, purchasing a vehicle has typically taken only a couple of hours start to finish. Despite the longer process, the car was absolutely worth it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would still recommend this dealership based on the quality of service and the vehicle itself. ⸻

Quick response to my inquiry! Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and down to earth! I got a great deal and never felt one ounce of pressure! They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of our encounter. It was like dealing with family!!

Had requested about a car. A sales person called and told me they just got the car as a trade in and going through inspection and will contact me after. Never heard from them again.
