I just wanted to test drive a vehicle and get it inspected and the salesman wouldn’t even allow me to test drive or take it anywhere so obviously I did not buy the vehicle

Our experience with Jeff Schmitt was negative and poorly coordinated. It began with deceptive A.I. emails that posed as a real salesperson (no disclosure it was A.I.). Lack of a real person coordinating viewing of 2 cars on 2 different lots forced us to spend hours playing catch-up when we arrived. I was assured the vehicles would be ready, clean, and parked at the front. Instead, the first vehicle was dirty, still in the lot and the salesman didn't even know why we were there. When we arrived at the 2nd location, staff appeared unaware of why we were there or that we had been sent from the first dealership, causing further delays. The wasted time created pressure as it was now the end of the day. When a simple tire pressure monitoring issue arose, the service department had already closed. I arrived fully intending to buy at near the listed price but left without buying due to feeling deceived, time pressure, and overall uneasiness. A salesman was really nice & helpful at the 1st lot.
