The vehicle that was inquired about was not at the dealership after they confirmed my appointment. Sales person wasn’t very knowledgeable about the vehicle on the lot. It just wasn’t a good experience especially being women trying to buy a car. I would not recommend.

Wendie was very helpful during the process but the overall experience wasn’t good. I had agreed to purchase the car due to them being able to ship it and find out after my Down payment was taken that it wasn’t allowed. Issue is I have been in a wheel chair for 6 months and wanted to surprise my fiance so both aspects were ruined and I had to make a long uncomfortable drive there and return in an electric vehicle which took 30 hours instead of being able to have it shipped and it being an actual surprise like it was supposed to. There was also poor communication between the dealer and the bank which the bank begin to just ask me for documentation instead of sending through the dealer because of timing. I even notified the dealer I had been funded because the bank asked me to reach out the next day. My fiance is of course happy she has the car but we hated the experience. We were offered a bottle of water and a snack for the inconvenience.

Tyler was great to work with, very friendly and professional. I never felt pressured to buy at any time. Finance process was a little slow because they were busy, but was pretty seamless. Overall, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Vehicle has a mismatch rim that they will not replace, the suv was extremely dirty they also would not detail!!! I was coming in for a cash deal and they failed to make that happen!!! I took my business else where and they treated me fairly and with respect. I made a cash deal that day!!!

After emailing asking about the reviews were the prices are possible bait and switch they never email me back

I really like the value market of their cars also the safety reports I’m about safety first and their cars are not over priced with high mileage

Price of vehicle went up $1000 between the time we test drove it and we went to negotiate. Heat wasn’t working and was not willing to either fix or discount price

Overall good experience - less stressful as almost everything was completed through email.
