Went to see the truck A salesperson came out and asked if I had talked with anyone, I told them yes and the salesperson went to get the salesperson I had been talking with, but neither showed back up until I was getting into my car. By that point I had already stood by the truck for 10 minutes waiting for a salesperson to talk to about a test drive. So I went down the road and bought a new truck at another dealership.

Nice and polite. Didn't tell me about tire pressure system issue until I saw for test driver Had to ask for AuroCheck report 3 different times before he handed me his phone with one on there. Mileage advertised on car, the AutoCheck report, and title were not the same numbers. Made me rethink buying car in the end. Odometer readings should all be same.

They never sent over the info I asked for. They kept calling wanting me to come in and look at “their inventory”, but never sent me info about the car I inquired about.

The truck was exactly what I wanted. Took several days to complete the deal. Because it was a popular truck they would not come off the price any I felt my trade-in value on my vehicle was low but overall the salesman was good. The dealership was good and the outcome was wonderful. I got the truck I wanted, but as a woman buying a vehicle on her own yes I did feel vulnerable.
