Syann was my internet sales representative, this young woman went above and beyond to keep me updated and up to date on the whole process. She stayed on top of the shipping process and even videotape the process which showed the exterior of the jeep to be everything she promised, looked as if it got a nice cleaning before it left their lot. I highly recommend “Golden Oldies auto sales. I cannot sing Syann’s praises high enough, she insures her customers are happy and if a problem arises no fault of theirs she works relentlessly to get the problem solved. I have not yet received my beautiful jeep but we expect it tomorrow, I do know it left in beautiful condition. If I had the power to promote her I’d have already done it. This young lady’s work ethics are remarkable especially in this day and age. Be sure you ask for Syann, you’re more than just a customer. Also while she was busy elsewhere Rob filled in and insured my paperwork was in good shape. What a great company!

They said it was put in their loaner program and they would call me when it came in. I never got a call. I saw it advertised and inquired again. I received a message asking How can I help you?? I have 2 Fords that I get serviced there. Always great service. Sales was disappointing.

What is a pain is 3 people from there keep texting me. It's not what I want to be harassed by 3 salesman.
