I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I came in with my own bank approval and was ready to buy, but they kept pushing me to apply for their financing. They promised a lower rate, but after I applied, the rate they offered was actually higher than my bank’s. On top of that, the finance manager told me they would hold the car for a few days, but instead they sold it while I was still in the process. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of integrity. They wasted my time and did not keep their word. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
