The online sales reps were prompt with a response. Turned it over to sales person who called but knew nothing about the vehicle. Hadn’t even seen it in person. Clearly didn’t do his homework before calling me. Talked with him on a Friday..still hasn’t followed up. Maybe the car sold although it’s still online for sale…and I have yet to buy a car. Probably lost a customer for lack of “energy” from the salesman Jordan. Too bad…liked the car.

We finally found a used Kia Soul which we had been looking for for awhile. Our sales rep, Clare was exceptional. Since my husband just had back surgery, we were able to do all of the preliminary paperwork online and via the phone. Once we agreed to the deal, they had everything ready for us to sign the paperwork and go. They were super accommodating for us given our situation. Although I was not buying a high dollar vehicle, they treated us with respect and compassion as if we were. We appreciated the way they handled our deal and made it a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Clare and this dealership!

Really poor communications from the dealer. Listing did not have interior photos, asked several times to get photos with no luck, before the car showed sold.

The dealership was friendly, helpful, and made the car buying process easy!
