Dealership did bait and switch on pricing, the online price will be way lower than what you will pay.

This is why I do not like car dealers. I called at 1017 to confirm the vehicle and Carfax. I let Laura know that I was going to come look at it once my wifes procedure was complete. I call back at 1203 to let Laura know I am on my way, but am told someone else is almost there to look at it and she would let me know if they buy it or not. 1306 Laura calls and said they did not buy it because they wanted lower price so they would hold it today for me to come look at it. 1316 Laura calls back and said the people came back with the full price and she had to sell it to them. She offered to have her dad look for one at auction but I asked how could I trust her on that if she could not keep her word on letting look at the vehicle? What happened to keeping to your word? It is extremely difficult to find a dealer you can trust. So I will keep looking.

It was a wonderful experience with buying a car from John Hiester. They help service you and get you into the car that you actually want and will not give up until they do. Everything is priced and they will negotiate to provide the best service for you as the customer overall a great place with amazing people. Financing was very smooth selling, and they also answered any questions that was needing to be answered.

They will make you an appointment to come in what they call a travel hold if you see something you are interested in and they will sell it from under you they called me more on that Saturday than they called me all week, trying to sell me something that I wasn’t interested in , Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone . Management is sorry

They are fast with financing. And and a super relaxing atmosphere

Sent a couple emails finally called and spoke to a salesperson texted my info over and was told he get back with me nothing for 2 days called back no return call. Poor communication
