Dealerships near me (Waldorf, MD)

I found the pricing to be misleading on the website. When I reached out to the dealer for the final out the door price, the price was $5,000 more than what was posted on the internet. I understand taxes and fees, but they added in a certification that was almost $2,000 that other dealers that I got prices from Denard include. The pricing was not competitive based on the year in mileage of the car I looked at. Additionally, they were not willing to negotiate off that price.

Wonderful team of people. They were open to negotiating over the phone, which not every dealer is willing to do, and that saved us both a lot of time. The process was quick, we came to an agreement, and a couple of days later I went to pick up the car. This was the only dealership I visited that simply handed us the keys and let us take the car for a test drive on our own, which was really nice. My salesperson, Elaine, was so sweet and genuinely had my back. She was responsive and always very kind. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. We all know dealing with car salespeople is not usually a fun experience, but they made the process painless for me, and it did not come with a higher price tag. They actually met me at a price that felt comfortable and fair.

Only giving 2 stats because someone did email me initially. I sent two additional emails to Chris Austin a supposed manager to which he never answered. Their loss I bought the vehicle somewhere else.

Very responsive and didn’t play the “stop in and look” game. They were up front and honest via email. Wish we could’ve come to an agreement but I appreciate them not wasting my time playing games
