Dealerships near me (New Haven, CT)

Reached out on this and I was told i could schedule a time to come in. As I tried to schedule they stated a deposit came in that day and they would let me know if it fell through. It was on a week later. Two weeks or so after that it was STILL there so I reached out again with a different email address. I was told sure! Come on down and take a look. So I tried to schedule and then magically "someone put a deposit" again that same night. Seems like a typical place leaving cars on the website to lure people in falsely.

Was told the Mazda was available. I tried to call in to place a deposit. Then was told it was sold. Absolutely disappointed

It took a couple of weeks to get actual pictures of the vehicle. When a vehicle is put online, it shouldn't be "in transit or in the shop" before putting it online for sale. The vehicle had multiple dents in it

I am pleased with the purchase of the 2023 Audi q5. I have never purchased a car online before. The process was convenient and the gentleman who I worked with, George, was great to deal with. He awnsered all my questions and he went above and beyond with the delivery process as well. The vehicle was as advertised and I would recommend this dealership to others.
