So far Dale has been very good at communicating with me. He answered my questions about the truck. Though it doesn’t seem to be a priority for the service department to get the truck inspected as it’s been 2 weeks and still not cleared. You might think that having a buyer wanting/waiting would be an incentive to get it inspected ASAP.

Price listed online wasn’t the real price was informed it would be $2000 more than the car gurus price. Check the fine print they hide 1 line disclaimers about pricing deep in the car description!

I was interested in a specific used vehicle and the dealership contacted me after I requested more information. I wasn't able to go see it right away, but when I was ready to, they let me know that it had been sold. I appreciated that they were up front with me and saved me from making a two hour drive for a vehicle that was no longer available.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! My Salesman Mike made everything so easy for us. He responded to all of my emails and answers the questions honestly. Mike had the car ready to test drive when we arrived and walked us through the process explaining steps as needed. They should disclose the $1595 gold warranty add on and the $1800 mandatory paint protection add on. Car prices are fair but add on’s are a lot.

The sales person was really polite, but we didn't like the car, so we ended up somewhere else.

Absolutely fantastic dealer to work with. They sent extra photos, verified everything. We flew into Raleigh airport and they picked us up. The car was ready and full of gas. We went to finance and they had an amazing system where they had the PDF's on a device flat on the desk. They did everything electronically, printed us copies. It was a really good experience. My salesman's name was Chris.

Everyone was very nice and I did purchase the vehicle I was looking at, but unfortunately it was the end of business on a Saturday and there wasn't enough time to fully familiarize myself with the vehicle or get all of my questions answered. Looking back, I probably should have gone there early in the day and mid-week to accomplish what I set out to do. I would not recommend purchasing a new vehicle on a Saturday or close to end of business, because it becomes a rushed procedure.

Excellent customer service and experience, this is my third purchased car but my first at Lakeland and will absolutely buy from them again in the future. Justin went above and beyond fort family to get this vehicle, not only a great sales person but an amazing person, will treat your purchase as if it was for him that says a lot nowadays on the used car sale business.

They claimed it was already sold several days before. It was still listed on their website and car gurus as available for sale. Very misleading and disappointing. The info update needs to be timely and it obviously wasn't. This wasted my time and it felt like the add was left up as a lure to make me talk to a salesman about other trucks I did not want.

This dealer had was displaying a truck with a very good price. Turned out it had been gone for a month and they just kept the ad as a decoy!

The dealership responded but we decided we wanted a 2021 Ram Truck instead of a used one.

Lots of random unnecessary and unwanted fees, beyond the normal taxes/title/docking fees, were added to the Internet advertised price. They also used Florida taxes (6%) in their estimate for final cost despite being told that it was the incorrect state. A ploy to keep the numbers looking low until you sign on the dotted line. Out the door would have been roughly $42,000. $4,000 in “accessory” fees and roughly $4,000 in taxes/title/docking fees.

Dealership was prompt in responding. I decided not to purchase.

Terrible service , totally took advantage of me as a single woman. They wanted me to add all these extra warranties for paint, windshield and theft protection . When I refused they tricked me and still added them in . I almost walked out without buying the car and that’s when they removed it . Bullying and intimidation tactics . I will also be reporting them to the BBB . So disturbing and inappropriate to be treated that way .
