Like other Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) brands, Ram offers a certified pre-owned vehicle program (CPO). All Ram CPO vehicles must pass a 125-point inspection by trained Ram technicians. In order to qualify the Ram vehicle must:
- Be from within the last 5 model years
- Have fewer than 75,000 miles
- Have a clean title and Carfax vehicle history report
- Be free of aftermarket parts or modifications that alter safety or emissions equipment
Warranties
Powertrain Warranty
All Ram CPO vehicles come with a 7-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty that runs from the original new-vehicle sale date. The warranty covers repair or replacement of most major powertrain components, which includes the transmission, engine, and driveline. There is a $100 deductible for covered repairs.
Vehicles that have been damaged in a collision, vandalized, or modified in certain ways may not be eligible for coverage or extension of coverage.
Maximum Care Limited Warranty
Ram offers a 3-month/3,000-mile Maximum Care limited warranty for all Ram CPO vehicles. Over 5,000 vehicle components are covered and the warranty starts on the CPO vehicle’s sale date. There is also a $100 deductible for Maximum Care warranty repairs.
Coverage Upgrade Plans
Certified pre-owned Ram vehicles are eligible to have their warranty coverage upgraded or extended. Ram offers upgrades to the powertrain limited warranty to cover additional mechanical components after the 3-month/3,000-mile Maximum Care warranty expires.

Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance is available for the duration of the coverage period. Services include:
- Flat-tire change
- Gas delivery of up to 2 gallons
- Battery jump assistance
- Lockout services
- Towing if the vehicle is inoperable
Roadside assistance coverage can be upgraded by purchasing one of the available extension plans along with the Maximum Care and powertrain warranties.
Car Rental Reimbursement
If your Ram requires repairs that render it inoperable overnight, you may be eligible for car rental reimbursement. Check with your dealer for specific allowance details.
Subscriptions
Every Ram CPO vehicle includes a 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio.
