Jaguar and its sister company, Land Rover, offer certification programs for used vehicles. In order to qualify as a Jaguar certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO), the car or SUV must:
- Have fewer than 60,000 miles
- Be from within the last 5 model years
- Pass a 165-point inspection
- Be free from major damage or collisions
- Pass a road test to check for vibrations, suspension issues, and mechanical performance
Warranty
Jaguar's CPO vehicles are protected by a limited warranty added on top of the vehicle's new car warranty. This limited warranty begins when the New-Vehicle Limited Warranty expires and covers either one year with unlimited miles or two years with up to 100,000 miles (whichever comes first). Jaguar allows owners to fully transfer the warranty to a subsequent owner, and there is no deductible for covered services.
