Volvo offers a certified pre-owned program (CPO) for its vehicles that meet certain criteria. In order to qualify for the CPO program, the Volvo must:

• Have fewer than 80,000 miles • Pass a 170-point inspection • Be fully reconditioned according to Volvo’s pre-owned vehicle checklist and standards • Have a clean Carfax vehicle history report and be free of collisions or major damage

Warranty

All Volvo CPO vehicles are covered by a 5-year, unlimited-mile warranty that covers nearly every part of the vehicle. The company specifically excludes some parts, such as common-wear items like tires, brakes, and fluids. The standard warranty does not include a deductible for covered service.

In addition to the standard 5-year warranty, Volvo offers the ability to upgrade or extend that coverage for up to 10 years. The company’s platinum option, for example, covers brakes, clutch components, and many other parts that would not normally be covered. Volvo says that certain extended warranty services may require a deductible, depending on the plan that is chosen.

All warranty plans are completely transferable to a subsequent owner and may be financed along with the purchase price of the vehicle. Coverage is provided anywhere in the United States and across Canada.

Emergency Roadside Assistance
Volvo includes 24/7/365 roadside assistance and travel interruption reimbursements for its CPO vehicles that include:

• Alternate transportation coverage for up to $40 per day and up to 10 days. This covers rentals, public transportation, ridesharing, and more • Towing coverage of up to $100 per breakdown • Travel coverage and reimbursement for up to $100 per day for up to five days if the vehicle breaks down more than 100 miles from home • Emergency lockout services

Special Financing
Volvo offers special rates and terms for its CPO vehicles that may include up to 75-month loan terms and programs for recent graduates.

Subscriptions
All Volvo CPO vehicles come with a 3-month trial subscription to the SiriusXM satellite radio All Access Package.
