Lincoln offers a certified pre-owned program (CPO) for its used vehicles, with two distinct certification tiers: Signature and Select. Each tier has its own eligibility criteria.
Signature Tier
In order to become a Signature CPO vehicle, the Lincoln must:
- Not be older than the current model year plus five model years
- Have fewer than 60,000 miles
- Be able to pass a 200-point inspection
- Have no unresolved recalls
- Have no major accidents
Select Tier
In order to qualify for the Select tier, the Lincoln must:
- Not be older than the current model year plus seven model years
- Have fewer than 80,000 miles
- Be able to pass a 139-point inspection
All CPO Lincoln vehicles undergo a CARFAX Vehicle History Report to identify issues such as accident history or frame damage.
Lincoln CPO vehicles come with a full tank of fuel, fresh oil, and new wiper blades.
Warranty
Lincoln's warranties carry a $100 deductible for services required, so it's worth noting that your maintenance visits will incur this additional cost.
Warranty coverage varies by certification tier:
- Signature Tier: Comprehensive Limited Warranty for 6 years/100,000 miles from the original Lincoln new-vehicle limited warranty start date.
- Select Tier: Comprehensive Limited Warranty for 12 months/12,000 miles from the CPO purchase date.
The Lincoln limited warranty covers more than 1,000 parts, including:
- All internally lubricated engine parts
- All internal transmission components
- Suspension components
- Electrical systems
- HVAC components
- Technology and safety systems
- Emissions systems
- Audio technology
Service is available at any Lincoln dealership in the 50 states and Canada. Coverage may not be provided if the vehicle has been misused or if the owner has missed routine maintenance visits.

Lincoln CPO vehicles come with a 14-Day/1,000-mile (whichever comes first) Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return your vehicle to the Lincoln dealership you purchased it from, and they will help you find another vehicle to better suit your needs.
Roadside Assistance
Lincoln certified pre-owned vehicles come with complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance. Services include:
- Towing coverage for up to $100
- Flat-tire changes
- Emergency fuel deliveries of up to two gallons
- Jump starts
- Up to $50 of lockout services
Travel Reimbursement
Lincoln offers reimbursements for expenses that occur when a covered component fails and causes a breakdown. Owners may be eligible for up to $1,000 to cover five days' worth of lodging, meals, and car rental if the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home.

Service your vehicle effortlessly with Lincoln Pickup & Delivery. Pick a convenient time and place, and Lincoln Service Valets will deliver a Lincoln Loaner for the duration of the work.
Special Financing
Lincoln's CPO vehicles may be eligible for special financing offers. The company includes a special rate for its Black Label (top trim) vehicles, with a slightly higher rate for all others.
