Infiniti’s certified pre-owned vehicles (CPO) must pass an inspection and evaluation process that begins with a review of the vehicle history report and a search of the company’s database to ensure that the vehicle is eligible for the program. Infiniti’s CPO vehicles must:
• Have a clean vehicle history report • Be from within the last 6 model years and have fewer than 70,000 miles • Pass a 167-point inspection • Have all required maintenance • Be free from major collisions or repair work
Warranty
Infiniti’s CPO warranties are tiered depending on the mileage and age of the vehicle.
• Vehicles with less than 15,000 miles are covered by a 6-year/75,000-mile warranty from the vehicle’s original sale date • Vehicles with more than 15,000 miles but less than 60,000 miles are covered by a 6-year/unlimited mileage warranty that begins at the vehicle's original sale date
The warranties do not cover:
• Failures from lack of scheduled maintenance visits • Failure due to abuse or motorsport • Paint damage and imperfections • Common wear items like tires and brakes • Modified vehicles or those that have been issued a salvage title
The CPO warranty is transferable to one subsequent private owner by using the company’s ownership transfer process. There is no deductible for services needed. Infiniti also offers an extended warranty that stretches coverage up to eight years with unlimited mileage.
Perks
Roadside Assistance
Infiniti offers 24-hour roadside assistance that can include battery boosts or jump starts, flat-tire changes using the owner’s spare, gas delivery of up to $5 worth of fuel, and lockout assistance. Services are capped at $100 per incident.
Towing assistance is also provided and may cover a tow of up to 250 miles to the nearest Infiniti dealership. If the nearest dealership is over 250 miles away, the vehicle may be towed to an authorized service center. Towing includes flatbed service and may not exceed $100 per use.
Trip Interruption Coverage
Infiniti may reimburse your expenses related to a mechanical breakdown that occurs with you are more than 100 miles away from home. The arrangements must be made through an Infiniti Roadside Assistance Representative and may not exceed $500.
Special Financing
Infiniti offers specific financing and rates for its preowned vehicles that can include low APRs and special terms.
