Considering a certified pre-owned Chrysler? Shop great deals on CarGurus.
Stellantis, formerly known as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), has several brands under its umbrella, many of which offer a certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO) program. This includes Chrysler, but in order to become considered for the CPO program, the vehicle must:
- Be from within the last five model years
- Have fewer than 75,000 miles
- Have a clean title and Carfax vehicle history report
- Be free of aftermarket parts or modifications that alter safety or emissions equipment
Every certified pre-owned Chrysler vehicle has passed a 125-point inspection. A trained Chrysler technician checks every aspect of the vehicle, and when necessary, components are reconditioned with authentic Mopar parts.
Warranties
Chrysler CPO vehicles come with one of three warranty options:
CPOV
The CPOV option includes a 7-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty and a 3-Month/3,000-Mile Extended Care Premium Limited Warranty. The time and mileage limits start from the vehicle’s original sale date. The warranty covers repairs and/or replacement of most powertrain components, which can include major transmission and engine problems. Repairs that are covered under warranty will require a deductible, but check with a dealer for specifics.
CPO Gold
The CPO Gold option includes a 12-Month/12,000-Mile Extended Care Premium Limited Warranty.
CPO Go
The CPO Go option includes a 3-Month/3,000-Mile Extended Care Premium Limited Warranty.
Vehicles that have been damaged in a collision, vandalized, or modified in certain ways may not be eligible for coverage or extension of coverage.
Coverage Upgrade Plans
Several options are available to extend or upgrade warranty coverage for Chrysler CPO vehicles. You can take advantage of available Lifetime Certified Warranty Upgrades, a warranty that will cover your certified pre-owned vehicle for as long as you own it. This means that nearly all vehicle components can be covered under warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle.
Perks
Roadside Assistance
Chrysler offers 24-hour Sign-And-Go roadside assistance (up to $100 per occurrence) for the duration of the coverage period. Services include:
- Flat-tire change
- Gas delivery of up to 2 gallons
- Battery-jump assistance
- Lockout services
- Towing if the vehicle is inoperable
Roadside assistance coverage can be upgraded by purchasing one of the available coverage-extension plans along with the comprehensive and powertrain warranties.
Rental Car Reimbursement
If your Chrysler vehicle breaks down and requires overnight repairs, you may be eligible for a $35 per day rental vehicle reimbursement for up to 5 days or $175 per instance. Reimbursement may also include taxi or transportation charges.
