Audi’s dealer network has the ability to certify and sell vehicles under the company’s certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle program. Most Audi models are eligible for the program if they meet the criteria for sale.
In order to become a certified pre-owned Audi, the vehicle must:
• Have passed the vehicle history report requirements with verified mileage • Be from within the last five model years • Have fewer than 60,000 miles • Be free from aftermarket modifications • Be free from any buyback or lemon law settlements • Pass Audi’s 300-point inspection
Warranty
If there is remaining coverage from the Audi new-vehicle warranty, that will remain in effect until it expires. Once the mileage or time expiration limit passes, the CPO limited warranty takes over, and coverage continues until 5 years after the vehicle’s original sale date passes, regardless of mileage.
It there is no remaining time or mileage left on the factory warranty, the Audi CPO warranty starts at the time of sale and continues for 12 months, regardless of miles. If the vehicle’s original owner purchased a pre-paid maintenance plan, the CPO owner can enjoy any remaining benefits under that plan until it expires.
Audi’s CPO warranty is completely transferable to one subsequent owner. The company requires that a transfer application be completed, notarized, and signed by both the old owner and the new owner.

Roadside Assistance
Audi CPO owners are able to take advantage of 24-hour roadside assistance for the duration of the warranty period. Available services include:
• Emergency towing • Collision assistance • Jump starts • Flat-tire changeover • Extrication service to remove the vehicle from a ditch, snowbank, or other obstacle • Audi assist, which uses the dealership network to dispatch jump starts, tire changes, and more
Audi also offers a Roadside Assistance app, which allows users to summon help and provides key information to the dispatcher in locating the stranded motorist.
Trip Interruption Benefits
If your Audi breaks down more than 100 miles from home, you may be eligible for reimbursement of expenses related to:
• Lodging - $200 per day • Meals - $200 per day • Alternate transportation - $200 per day
Concierge Services
In addition to reimbursing travel expenses, Audi offers a concierge service to help locate assistance, hotels, restaurants, rental companies, and more.
