The Grand Wagoneer name returned to the Jeep lineup in 2022 as the brand’s full-size, three-row SUV. It sports acres of interior space, a dizzying array of standard and available tech and safety features, and a premium price tag that outpaces most other models in the automaker’s catalog. After a few years on sale, the SUV is due for a mid-cycle refresh, which is exactly what it got heading into 2026.

What’s New for the 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
Jeep made several changes to the Grand Wagoneer lineup, starting with the consolidation of the model under the Jeep brand, rather than the somewhat separate branding it had previously. A new range-extended electric model will also debut later in the model year, and Jeep reworked the SUV’s exterior styling with a new front fascia and fresh color options. Finally, the Grand Wagoneer gained new trims and packages, such as the Upland trim.
Design
The new Grand Wagoneer features a more squared-off front fascia and an upright front end. LED headlights and daytime running lights (DRLs) come standard, and some trims offer an illuminated grille. In the back, Jeep fits new full-width LED taillights.
Powertrain
The base engine is a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter Hurricane line-six-cylinder engine, which produces 420 horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque. It offers up to 10,000 pounds of towing, which Jeep claims is a class-leading figure. The big story for 2026 is the new range-extended electric vehicle (EV) version, which features a liquid-cooled 92-kWh battery and a 3.6-liter V6 engine as a range-extending generator. The system delivers 647 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque, strong enough to propel the hulking SUV from zero to 60 mph in just five seconds, and it will offer an estimated 500 miles of range.

Interior
The Grand Wagoneer has always had an extremely nice interior, and that doesn’t change for 2026. The base model is available with black or sea salt and black interior colors, and it features leather upholstery as standard. Higher trims add Nappa leather, and the Summit trim gets dark waxed walnut wood trim. Cargo space is fantastic, at 28.4 cubic feet behind the third row, 72.9 cubic feet behind the second row, and a massive 96.9 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded flat.
Technology
Jeep equips every 2026 Grand Wagoneer with a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 12-inch touchscreen. Additionally, the SUV comes with a 10.25-inch passenger touchscreen that displays audio settings, navigation, and other data. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, eight USB ports, SiriusXM radio, navigation, and more come standard. Higher trims come with a 23-speaker McIntosh stereo, rear-seat entertainment features, and more.
