The 2026 Cadillac CT4 sits in the dwindling compact luxury sedan segment. It was an all-new vehicle for Cadillac in 2020 and carries on largely unchanged aside from some new standard features for 2026, while signs indicate this could be the last model year for the CT4. Its primary competitors include the BMW 3-Series, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and the Audi A4. For 2026, the Cadillac CT4 has just three trim levels: Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport.

What’s New for the 2026 Cadillac CT4
The 2026 Cadillac CT4 is largely a carryover model with some additional equipment. Heated seats are standard across the board, and the Cold Weather Package is included the Luxury trim. Finally, the Climate Package and ventilated seats are standard on the Premium Luxury and Sport trims. There are also two new paint colors: Vibrant White Tricoat and Coast Blue Metallic.
Design
The CT4 follows Cadillac's family design language with crisp horizontal lines and vertical daytime running lights (DRLs) and taillights. Luxury and Premium Luxury trims have bright chrome finishes, and the Sport trim goes dark. There are no appearance packages available on the CT4, but it does offer Bronze, Red, and Blue accent packages with colored wheel caps, special decals, and black gloss alloy wheels. Standard wheels are 17 inches, but 19-inch wheels are available, and there are multiple finishes from bright silver to gloss black available with each trim level.
Powertrain
The 2026 Cadillac CT4 comes standard with rear-wheel drive (RWD), and all-wheel drive (AWD) is available with all trims. The primary engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Premium Luxury trim has an available 2.7-liter Dual Volute turbo four-cylinder engine that delivers 310 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a 10-speed automatic. City fuel economy numbers range from 21 to 22 mpg and highway numbers from 29 to 32 mpg.

Interior
Because the CT4 was introduced in 2020 and hasn’t received any kind of major refresh, the 2026 model's interior is old-school, with an infotainment screen that pops up out of the dash and hard-touch buttons and dials for HVAC and audio controls. It seats four comfortably, though there are seatbelts for five, and cargo space is compact at 10.7 cubic feet. Synthetic leather is standard on the base model, with leather seats standard on the upper two trims. Light and dark color options are available in the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims, but the top Sport trim offers black and dark red interior options. A power sunroof is available on every trim.
Technology
Even though the 2026 Cadillac CT4 is showing its age, it still carries a lot of great tech features. Standard kit includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot, remote start, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Available tech includes a 14-speaker Bose premium surround sound system, Super Cruise, a 360-degree camera, ambient lighting, a head-up display, navigation, and a digital gauge cluster.
Safety
The 2026 Cadillac CT4 comes with a lot of standard safety tech, including forward collision alert, rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, GM's Teen Driver feature, lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, and front pedestrian braking. Available safety equipment includes front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, automatic reverse braking, and enhanced automatic emergency braking. Neither the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) nor the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) had crash-tested the CT4 at the time of this writing.

Pricing and Release Date
