The Sprinter Cargo Van also offers electrically folding exterior mirrors, electrically heated windshield, and an electric closing assist right sliding door.
Powertrain
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van has a nine-speed automatic transmission and a choice of two 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engines. The up-level high-output engine delivers 208 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque. It is available with RWD or all-wheel drive (AWD). With varying wheelbase lengths, roof configurations, and classes (2500 to 4500), the max payload for the Cargo Van ranges from about 3,300 pounds for the 2500 with the long wheelbase, high roof and standard-output engine to more than 6,800 pounds for the 4500 with the short wheelbase, standard roof and high-output diesel.

Interior
The interior of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van is essentially a blank slate. With just two seats in the front, you have cloth or leatherette seating surface options, available heated seats, power adjustability, and a Swivel Seat Package. The cargo area brings optional cargo partitions, floor coverings, and wide-opening rear doors. That’s before you get to the upfitting section, which allows you to select primary uses such as Refrigeration or HVAC & Plumbing, which open the door to a whole host of customization options.
Technology
Even as a commercial vehicle, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van has a nice amount of technology available. The MBUX Package will get you the 10.25-inch infotainment screen, navigation, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Driver Assist Package can also add a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, and a digital rearview mirror.
