The Navigator sits at the pinnacle of the brand’s luxury SUV lineup, offering full-size space and compelling tech in a modern package. Though similar to the Ford Expedition underneath, the Navigator sports unique styling and a cabin with materials and a design that easily lives up to the SUV’s premium price tag. That said, the Navigator isn’t quite as opulent or tech-forward as its primary rival, the Cadillac Escalade.

What’s New for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator
Lincoln introduced a new 48-inch panoramic infotainment display for 2025, which houses the gauge cluster and touchscreen. The SUV is also now available with massaging second-row seats and heated third-row seats. New Black Label interior themes are available for 2025, including Atmospheric and Enlighten, which bring unique colors and materials–for a price.
Design
While its look hasn’t changed drastically in a few years, the Navigator features modern, up-to-date styling with tasteful chrome and exterior accents. Lincoln offers a few wheel choices depending on the trim, and the top variants get dark exterior trim and unique wheel designs. Lincoln also offers a Navigator L with an extended wheelbase for more interior space and better on-road stability.
Powertrain
The Navigator comes standard with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. That output is strong enough to propel the SUV from 0-60 in a little over five seconds, and the powertrain remains smooth and refined at all times.
Interior
The Navigator seats seven or eight people, depending on the interior configuration. Synthetic leather upholstery comes standard, along with heated and ventilated first and second-row seats, a heated steering wheel, and more. Massaging first- and second-row seats are available, and the Navigator offers a good amount of space across all rows of seating.
Technology
Lincoln equips a 48-inch panoramic display that combines the gauge cluster and infotainment system behind one piece of glass, which includes a 12-inch gauge cluster and 13.2-inch touchscreen. SiriusXM radio, HD radio, wireless phone mirroring, and Amazon Alexa functionality are also standard. Higher trims get an upgraded audio system, second-row displays, and other features. Lincoln’s infotainment system builds on Ford’s Sync interface with unique graphics and menus, but it retains the base system’s usability and simplicity.
Safety
The 2025 Lincoln Navigator is too new to have received complete crash-testing results from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but it comes with a generous number of standard safety features. They include a parking assistance system, parking sensors, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alerts, adaptive cruise control, forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, and automatic headlights. BlueCruise and a head-up display are available.
Pricing and Release Date
As of the time of this writing, the 2025 Navigator starts at $99,995, while the long-wheelbase L model costs $102,895 to start. The top Black Label trims start at $116,495 and $119,490, respectively.
