What’s New for the 2025 Audi SQ6 e-tron

The SQ6 e-tron is the high-performance variant of the Q6 e-tron, both all-new additions to the Audi lineup for 2025. These midsize electric crossover SUVs seat five in sophisticated comfort among plenty of great technology features. Though the SQ6 e-tron falls short of leading rivals in terms of range, it’s powerful and incorporates signature Audi engineering, such as the quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) system and a sport-tuned adaptive air suspension system, to deliver confident handling and a smooth ride.

Design

The Audi SQ6 e-tron features the brand’s standard SUV styling on an all-new, ground-up EV platform. It’s available in a range of grayscale shades, with blue thrown in for variety. It’s lovely, but doesn’t move the needle from the brand’s current aesthetic. Standard features include 20-inch two-tone wheels, red brake calipers, and S-specific styling elements to distinguish from the Q6 e-tron. Audi offers a variety of 21-inch wheel designs. The Black Optic package adds black exterior trim, mirror caps, and roof rails, while the Prestige trim gets seven additional daytime running light digital designs and digital taillights. Prestige trims are available with an Edition One package that adds dark headlights and a special Edition One puddle light.

Powertrain

The Audi SQ6 e-tron features a dual-motor setup rated for 483 horsepower (509 at its peak with launch control) and 631 lb-ft of torque. It’s capable of a 4.1-second 0-60-mph time. Standard drive modes are Comfort, Balanced, Dynamic, Off-Road, and Efficiency, and there are four regenerative braking modes, including a one-pedal driving mode. All-wheel drive is standard, along with a sport-tuned adaptive air suspension system. With a new 100-kWh battery, the SQ6 e-tron is capable of an EPA-estimated range of 275 miles. The SQ6 e-tron has two charging ports, one on each side, so it’s easier to charge at home. Audi says the battery can DC fast-charge from 10 to 80% in about 21 minutes.
