2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee User Reviews

So far, so good. I bought an 18 JGC Limited. I test drove an Acura MDX, a 4Runner, and a Volvo XC60, along with my wife’s Highlander, so I had a good idea of the SUV’s I was looking at. The Volvo was beautiful, but had a tiny cargo area. The Acura had a nice ride and cargo area, but a HORRIBLE infotainment system. The 4Runner drove great, but I didn’t need 3 rows of seats (plus had bad gas mileage) the Highlander needs an update inside and also had 3 row seating which I didn’t need. That left few options, but the Jeep hit the sweet spot in all the categories, cargo space, fuel economy, comfort, and the infotainment system (which may be the best I’ve ever seen) Jeep is a brand that inspires slavish devotion from many, and I like the idea that it really is capable off road. Time will tell, but so far, so good.

Owned 3 previous Grand Cherokees, especially after the smaller Cherokee stopped using their excellent straight 6-cyl. Gas mileage is one con, but otherwise many pros.

I have owned a Grand Cherokee for my last 4 vehicles. Cannot beat the look, style and performance, in my opinion. I work in emergency services and must get through when road conditions are horrible and travel is not advised. The 2018 Grand Cherokee sits higher than my 2011 for road clearance and has all the luxury features like auto dimming headlights, rain-sensing wipers, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats that other vehicles dont offer. The 2018 upgraded the Navigation and backup camera screen size without making the space overbearing. Love everything about it.

I love the Jeep Grand Cherokee. There’s nothing like it and the Trackhawk is my dream truck. I will have one day.

The car is a good value based on the next sentence Good looks, roomy, comfortable, great visibility, versatile, good performance, great fuel economy with the V-6, resale value.
