2018 Honda CR-V Review
says:
A fine entry for this class of SUVs, but engine problems with the turbo are disturbing. Not the value leader it used to be. The Hyundai Santa Fe takes that title.

Price ended up being comparatiely better for this high quality vehicle versus the RAV4 . The cabin seems to be quieter and more comfortable for a big guy like me. I will have a better idea in 6 months on how I feel about this vehicle.

Purchased new and after 10K miles has gasoline mixing with oil. No fix from Honda, only frequent oil changes. Serious issue with 1.5L turbo. I should have waited for 2019 when it is rumored the non turbo will have updated electronics.

2018 Honda CR-V EX AWD Review
says:
I really liked and would have bought a CR-V, but they were priced out of my budget for the features that were important to me. Yes, Honda has an excellent reputation and reliability stats, but theyre overpriced, in my opinion. The handling was good, but was no better than the Hyundai Tucson I eventually bought.
