2017 Ford Transit ConnectReview

The AC was not working. I ask them to look into it and they never returned a phone call, text nor email. I made the 60 mile trip to look at it and got very little of their time. I then made at least 6 attempts to communicate with them and no return answer. I was a definite potential purchaser and have since then purchased a 3 year older model from a super dealer, Admiral Motors from Arlington Heights IL I needed to blow a little steam somewhere. Thank You Joe Hilger

Exactly what I was looking for for car camping...big enough and small enough. Great visibility, great gas mileage, and fun to drive...win, win, win!

Handling Ranked 2019 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate better.
"No comment-see above. The 2019 has an 8 speed transmission as opposed to 6 on the 2017."
Family Car Ranked 2019 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate better.
"The 6 passenger seating arrangement on the 2019 will work better for me than the 7 passenger seating of the 2017."
2017 Ford Transit Connect Cargo XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate Review
Considered both cargo and wagon versions, but ended up buying the cargo version. Wish it came with more options, more side windows and more sound insulation. We thought about trying to convert a passenger version into a cargo van, but we werent keen on all the adaptations needed to create a flat cargo floor.

Cargo Capacity Ranked 2017 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate worse.
"Much more cargo space and a FLAT floor. With seats folded down on the Wagon, you still had to deal with a much higher lift for cargo and sacrificed considerable height."
Family Car Ranked 2017 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate better.
"Additional sound insulation, more A/C outlets, more convenience options, better sound system"

2017 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT LWB FWD with Rear Liftgate Review
Rented the TC Wagon version on two separate occasions to get an extended experience with the vehicle. Very fun to drive, very smooth handling. Even after much practice, folding and positioning the middle and rear seats was an arduous, frustrating chore so we ended up buying the cargo van version instead.
